26th June 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: NW Wind Stength: 20-25 knts Surf / Sea State: 1-2 ft Air Temperature: 15 Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Excellent session. Wind was a bit light when I arrived but picked up just as we went over to the beach. Rigged 5.8m and wave board with 29cm fin. This was just right and had a nicely powered up session mainly blasting around with a few jumps thrown in. Just the conditions I needed whist building my fitness back up. |
